How to choose the best ingredients for a turmeric latte happiness drink

Ground turmeric: use good quality turmeric powder for this drink. We store them tightly in a closed container in a dark place. Then the spice does not lose its properties.

Black pepper: black pepper will be best ground fresh, then it also has a great smell, but if you do not have such an opportunity, it may be ground black pepper already. Pepper is an essential ingredient in this drink, and it cannot be ignored because it contains the pipetine compound, which makes turmeric better absorbed into our body. Folk medicine knew it before, but scientists have now confirmed it.

Cinnamon: cinnamon has been a much-appreciated spice since ancient times. Choose the yellow-brown cinnamon, the lighter one more aromatic.
