Cajun Seasonic

It is my version of the salt spice, but sometimes I prepare it without salt and then add the seasoning while cooking. A classic hot kick that you can use in many dishes, from prawn meat to potato to the beloved Remoulade Sauce.
It is worth having it in your kitchen prepared by yourself. It is aromatic and very spicy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp powder sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder or onion granules
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  • Pour them into a bowl and mix everything well.
