Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 150 ml water
  • basils for decoration

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash the spinach under running water. If you need to turn the stalks, tear the thicker stalks off. Put everything ready into the blender.
  • Turn the banana and cut into slices, and put into a blender.
  • Cut the kiwi in half and take out the pulp in a spoon.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into a blender.
  • Pour everything over with water and blend until smooth.
