Yogurt Strawberries & Mint Smoothie

This drink is so simple and yet it reminds me of my childhood. A few strawberries, yogurt, or kefir--depending on what we had in the house at that time honey to sweeten things up a bit more than usual for dinner digestion purposes (you know how kids are!) And then some mint leaves picked from our garden complete this refreshing beverage perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 400 gr strawberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • a few petals of mint

Instructions

  • Measure out the required amount of yogurt and pour it into a blender.
  • Wash the strawberries under running water and peel the stalks.
  • Add honey and mint leaves.
  • Blend everything thoroughly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve decorated with a mint leaf.
