Turmeric latte is a quick drink that can increase your happiness levels and strengthen your body.

- 1 pinch pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 250 ml coconuts drink or cow milk or but plant-based milk as you prefer
You pour all the ingredients into the cup and pour hot, but not boiling, milk of your choice.
You mix well and drink preferably very warm.
