Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 salad cucumbers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3-4 pieces olives black pitted kalamata olives
  • 100 gr Greek salad cheese
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 tbsp greek olive oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into random pieces into the bowl,
  • Add the peeled and sliced cucumber into halves
  • Cut the peppers into random strips and onion rings
  • To this, we add two thin slices of salad cheese and olives.
    We pour the oil generously
