Print Recipe
- 7 oz broccoli
- 7 oz cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 12 radishes
- 1/3 cup chives/spring onion
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Boil the broccoli and cauliflower in salted water until al dente. Broccoli will cook more than cauliflower, so you can't cook them together.
The broccoli is cooked for about 3 minutes and the cauliflower for about 4.30 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, they need to cool down.
In the meantime, boil hard-boiled eggs and cool them equally.
As soon as the broccoli is ready, we cut it into pieces and put it in a salad bowl, and we do the same with cauliflower.
Cut the eggs into quarters, put them on the croquettes and cauliflower, cut the radishes into quarters, and sprinkle them with our salad.
Cut the chives finely and sprinkle them equally on the salad.
Prepare the dressing in a large mug.
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, peeled and pressed garlic together, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the salad with the prepared dressing.Bon Appetit!
