Ingredients

  • 1 celery
  • 4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Caramelize the onions with coconut oil.
  • When the onion is ready, add the washed and diced celery and fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Put everything into the vegetable broth and simmer for about 15 minutes (until the celery is cooked).
  • Blend everything, season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with chopped parsley.
